Can you help?

Planning for this year’s Bellingdon and Asheridge Village fete is well underway, and we’d really love your help to make it a fun day to remember for the whole family.

All we need is a few hours of your time on Saturday 29th June.

There are all sorts of things you could help us with:

  • Running one of the many great game stalls we’ll have for children (of all ages)
  • Serving teas and delicious home-made cakes
  • Helping with our barbecue and drinks bar
  • Selling books and bric-a-brac
  • And more

Just reply to fete@bellingdon.com if you’d like to find out more.

Thank you!
From Paul and the whole fete team

If you would like to get together with others from the area to bring and work on a non-messy craft project while having a natter and a cuppa – or just for a natter – you are most welcome to do so on the third Wednesday of every month at St. John’s Church in Bellingdon from 2.30pm – 4pm. The next dates are:

History and Culture Club

The second meeting of the History and Culture Club will take place in St. John’s Church in Bellingdon at 11.30am on Saturday 27 January. This will again be based on local history – this time we’d like people to bring and talk about something linked to the history of the area such as an artefact, information about a house in Bellingdon, or something written in and about the area.

The meeting after that will have a different slant – it will be about an overland journey from Bellingdon to the Sahara Desert and will dip into various cultures experienced during that journey as well as giving a few travel tips! It will take place on April 27 at 11.30am in St. John’s.

We would love to welcome you to these events!
